Single-Double Pallet Handlers

Designed for any application using pallets or containers to load trucks, Cascade’s Single-Double Pallet Handler allows single pallet handling without protrusion outside the truck profile. Spreading the forks hydraulically allows handling of two pallets side by side. Sideshifting provides added flexibility for aligning forks or pallets in tight areas.

Pallet Transfer Station

The Load Transfer Station removes loads from your pallets and makes them available for transfer to slipsheets, less expensive shipping pallets, customer pallets or directly to push/pull platens for floor loading. Shipping on slipsheets or floor loading also allows you to substantially reduce pallet inventories, along with the associated costs of pallet storage, maintenance and retrieval.

Hydraulic Force Control(HFC)

Excessive clamp force caused by too much hydraulic pressure is a common causes of damage. Mechanical 3-position relief valves are under-utilized or primarily left on the high setting. HFC(Hydraulic Force Control) solves these issues by automatically adjusting clamp force. HFC is a hydraulically controlled automatic clamp force system that senses the hydraulic pressure necessary to lift the load and adjusts clamping pressure proportional to the load weight. The system operates without any special actions on the part of the driver.

This mechanical option is a simple solution with a prompt payback, making it ideal for low usage applications. The manner of adjusting the outer sleeve is highly innovative. It simply involves moving a pin (which also serves as a grease nipple) sideways, causing the lock to be retracted.
